See ‘Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat’ Trailer

Series will premiere on Prime Video next month
āI real-life feel like Iām on a TV show but this is not something that you could just make up,ā comments Anthony Norman, a new employee at a hot-sauce company, in the trailer for Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat. But of course, you can make it up, since the idea behind Prime Videoās mockumentary TV show is that Norman is hired at Rockinā Grandmas Hot Sauce, a fictional company where everyone else is an actor. As with the original Jury Duty, things get weird quickly. The first few episodes of Company Retreat premiere on March 27.
The trailer for Company Retreat opens with Norman taking a temp job at a company at its crossroads. The CEO is retiring and his son, who likes to blow his vape out of only one nostril and has no self-awareness about affecting a Jamaican patois even though heās white, will be stepping in. When the staff goes on a company retreat, everything gets weirder, including a talent contest in which a man performs ASMR and another company comes in to take over Rockinā Grandmas, and they all have red hair.
As with the 2023 iteration of Jury Duty, which was nominated for four Emmys, Norman is really a person who doesnāt know the show ā which focuses on cringe comedy as the actors try to weird out Norman ā is a joke. They all test the limits of whatās unbelievable as the 2023 cast did with real person Ronald Gladden. The trailer shows that Norman develops a strong connection to the company, even defending it when he learns of the potential redheaded takeover.
The first three episodes of Company Retreat arrive on March 20, two more will follow on March 27, and the season will wrap with three more on April 3.
