Watch Mk.gee Perform ‘Alesis,’ ‘Rockman’

The multi-instrumentalist debuts on the late night show the same year as his first album, Two Star & the Dream Police
Multi-instrumentalist Mk.gee debuted on Saturday Night Live with performances of “Alesis” and his recently released single “Rockman.”
The former, from the guitarist’s first studio album, Two Star & the Dream Police, also saw Zack Sekoff and Andrew Aged on electronics and guitar, respectively.
The 28-year-old New Jersey native, who’s been delivering captivating live performances elsewhere, then performed “Rockman”–eagle screech included.
The track, which he debuted in October, has drawn comparisons to Sting and The Police, though Mk.gee hasn’t been specific about its inspiration.
Mk.gee’s world tour concludes in Australia next month.
