Keke Palmer Joins UCLA as Professor to Launch a Creative Empowerment Initiative

Keke Palmer is officially a professor. The actor and entrepreneur announced this week that UCLA has formalized a partnership with her, backing a creative empowerment initiative she’s spent years building.

Palmer broke the news on Instagram with an emotional caption. “It’s so incredible to see all the seeds growing that I’ve been planting,” she wrote. She gave special credit to three early supporters: Nora Radd, Jefe, and Chelsea. The path here wasn’t cheap. “The financial investment was not for the faint of heart,” she said, “but I knew in my spirit that it was work I was meant to do.”

Entertainment attorney Ken Hertz got a heartfelt shoutout too. Palmer thanked him for his “constant belief” and said she’s looking forward to everything ahead. “I look forward to all the creatives we will be able to empower through this initiative,” she wrote.
